Access Rules & Policies

As a result of the harmonization efforts of the CSA, securities markets are governed by a number of largely harmonized national or multi-lateral instruments.

Issuer Information

The System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR), is the system that issuers use to file public securities documents and information with the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA).

Insider Reporting

The System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI) is Canada’s on-line, browser-based service for the filing and viewing of insider trading reports as required by various provincial securities rules and regulations.

Exception Reporting

Part 4 of National Instrument 24-101 Institutional Trade Matching and Settlement requires registrants in certain circumstances to complete and deliver Form 24-101F1 Registrant Exception Report of DAP/RAP Trade Reporting and Matching to the applicable securities regulatory authority.

XBRL Filing

XBRL stands for eXtensible Business Reporting Language. XBRL is an emerging business reporting language that is designed to make it easier to share and analyze financial information.
