The System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval + (SEDAR+), is the new, secure web-based platform that will be used by all market participants to file, disclose and search for information in Canada’s capital markets
Insider Reporting
The System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI) is Canada’s on-line, browser-based service for the filing and viewing of insider trading reports as required by various provincial securities rules and regulations.
Dealer/Adviser Registration
The National Registration Database (NRD) is a web-based system that permits dealers and advisers to file registration forms electronically.
