- November SEDAR+ update to support regulatory changes
As we continue our ongoing SEDAR+ system enhancements, the last round of scheduled updates were designed to support regulatory changes. The first being the Proposed Access Model for certain continuous disclosure documents for Corporate Issuers. - Enhancing electronic access: The CSA’s Proposed Access Model for certain continuous disclosure documents of corporate issuers
Earlier today we published proposed amendments and changes that introduce a new electronic access model for annual financial statements, interim financial reports and related management’s discussion & analysis (collectively, CD documents) of corporate issuers (i.e., non-investment fund reporting issuers).
