Our goal is to make the transition to the new SEDAR+ as smooth as possible for individual users and organizations of all sizes. We’re taking great care to make sure you’ll have all the knowledge and administrative details you need to become comfortable with the new platform, whether you use the legacy systems daily, weekly, or rarely.

The migration to the new platform will include training and online support, beginning with training on how to set up user profiles and authorizations. Once SEDAR+ is live, legacy SEDAR will be retired and no longer accessible. The same is true of the legacy Cease Trade Order and Disciplined List databases. Existing data in the legacy systems will be migrated to the new platform.

Training materials in development include a series of pre-recorded webinar-style videos that will walk you through the steps to complete a filing in the new system.
